Thank you for visiting the TaylorFit Wellness website.

It has taken some time for the pieces of TaylorFit Wellness to come together as they are today. What has evolved is essentially a culmination of many years of exploration and continual striving for knowledge about the body, health and overall well being. I hope our offerings can help bring you to a place where you have a sense of pride and accomplishment about achieving your goals in wellness.


TaylorFit Wellness


Whether your goal is to look better, feel better, improve your health, increase your energy, reduce chronic aches and pains, improve your athletic performance, or simply to experience your body as a positive part of your life, I will design a unique program for you and work intensively with you to implement it. Your program may include strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training as well as yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, or mind/body methods - whatever suits your needs and preferences. Programs can be designed for your home or, if you travel frequently, for the road.

All of the services listed are available as full sessions or can be blended together to suit your needs.

The goal of TaylorFit Wellness is to empower clients to make radical lasting changes in their physical practices, nutritional knowledge, and lifestyle choices that will enhance their lives and those of everyone they come in contact with. About Frances

Frances is originally from Los Angeles, where she earned her B. F. A. in dance from California State University at Long Beach.  She has been performing and dancing for over 20 years, and teaching dance and movement since 1987.  Frances’ diverse background in the exercise and movement arts includes certifications in Hatha and Prenatal Yoga, Structural Yoga Therapy, Yogilates, Pilates Mat and Equipment, Thai Yoga Massage, Muscle Ballet, Holistic Health Counseling and Personal Training.  Her personal and professional philosophy focuses on balancing body, mind and spirit through the creative connection of movement, exercise, holistic health, personal empowerment and supportive community.

Frances often employs a variety of training techniques when working with clients. Each session is tailored to the client’s specific needs and goals. She works with a wide range of clients, those wanting to lose weight or simply feel better and more energized as well as those who are rehabilitating after illness or injury and pre- and postnatal clients.
