Counting Backward from 50

Inhale to start. On the exhale count 50.

Inhale 49. Exhale 48. and so on.

When you get to 20, only count the exhales.

This leaves more space between the numbers

and makes it a bit more challenging.

as thoughts arise, acknowledge them, let them go and come back to the focus on counting, the breath, and intentionally relaxing.
