From time to time I am asked questions in class from students who have individual concerns and issues they are working through.

I do my best to give specific exercises that may help. Here is a forum where I post those exercises and others I think may be helpful to those students and many others who may be dealing with a similar issue.

In this way, we help each other to thrive and grow and take care of our bodies together in community! Please feel free to e-mail me with a question and I'll do my best to post a helpful video.
